The NWI BCTC and our 31 affiliate unions are eager to put members to work on these projects. Data center construction is large-scale, technically demanding work that requires exactly the kind of highly trained, safety-conscious tradespeople our unions produce. Beyond the construction jobs themselves, data centers generate lasting economic benefits for the communities where they are built — from increased property tax revenue to support for local businesses, schools, and services.
